Job Description & Overview
Mercor's People team is building its compensation and equity foundation from scratch. We are seeking Total Rewards practitioners with depth in compensation design and/or equity program management.
You'll design salary bands, leveling frameworks, and grant structures for a rapidly growing, global contractor network and full-time workforce. If you have built compensation philosophy, benchmarked against peers, and explained equity value to candidates and employees, we'd like to hear from you.
