HVAC Technician/Supervisor

HVAC TECHNICIAN / SUPERVISOR – FULLTIME

Reliable Contractors are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician / Supervisor with 10+ years of hands-on experience in air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.

Long-term work available for the right candidate with the relevant experience, qualifications and tickets.

PAYE basis

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

• 10+ years' experience in HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration
• City & Guilds Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation
• F-Gas Category 1
• SSSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Manual Handling
• Working at Height & Harness Training
• Fire Marshall
• Abrasive Wheels
• IPAF 3a & 3b
• Full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety

requirements

• Work alongside other trades and contractors on site

Desirable:

• SMSTS
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• BMS experience
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required
