Production Planner

We are currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team.

Location: Szczecin, Poland (full-time, on-site role)

Contract: contract of employment, we are open for long-term cooperation

Responsibilities

• Production orders sequencing and balancing
• Checking bottleneck in production
• Developing production planning tool
• Defining planning methodology
• Build and develop transparency of production planning processes
• Meet or exceed market expectations for responsiveness and delivery time
• Deliver insights to improve general performance through make/buy analyses or similar

We are looking for you to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR & Payroll Specialist or similar role - mandatory requirement
• Practical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR/payroll administration processes - mandatory requirement
• Ability to independently manage HR and payroll processes
• Experience working with Enova and Płatnik systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
