An Outstanding all-girls secondary school in Islington is seeking a Pastoral Manager to join its established pastoral provision immediately. This full-time position offers up to £135 per day and the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for student wellbeing, behaviour and personal development. What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor attendance, punctuality and individual student progress
• Coordinate targeted interventions for vulnerable students

• Experienced in pastoral care, behaviour support or youth work, ideally
• Graduate-level education preferred but not essential
