Description: A fast-scaling AI SaaS business is hiring its first in-house Legal Counsel to build the legal function from the ground up. The successful candidate will lead negotiations on MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs, manage data protection and security compliance, and handle employment, IP, and corporate matters. This is a hands-on, commercial role acting as a key business enabler during the company's growth toward Series B.
Eligibility: UK qualified solicitor (ideally 3–6 years PQE) with strong SaaS or B2B tech experience (in-house or commercial firm). Candidates should have a commercial, low-ego approach and be comfortable using AI tools in their workflow.
