CoreWeave UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and inbound leads. You will coach, mentor, and drive the strategy of the SDR function while scaling outreach across departments.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and revenue leadership to align prospecting with company goals and growth targets. A strong track record in coaching high-performing teams and exceeding quotas is required.
