Elica cerca un Manager della Qualità Cliente e Audit prodotto per guidare il dipartimento qualità in tutte le fasi, dallo sviluppo al lancio. Si occuperà di audit, gestione reclami e miglioramento continuo, collaborando strettamente con produzione e R&D per assicurare conformità e soddisfazione del cliente.
Il ruolo prevede gestione proattiva dei KPI, reportistica periodica e supporto alle attività di PFMEA e DFMEA, con responsabilità di leadership e comunicazione efficiente tra reparti.
