Site Manager (Passive Fire)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a long-term Passive Fire Protection contract in Maidenhead.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a background in passive fire protection, fire stopping and/or fire door works to join an ongoing project, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing site personnel.
• Supervising passive fire protection works, including fire stopping and fire door installation/remedial works.
• Ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications, programme

requirements and relevant standards.

• Monitoring quality, inspecting completed works and addressing any defects.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed across the site.
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials.
• Maintaining site records, progress reports and relevant project documentation.
• Liaising with the client, project team and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within Passive Fire Protection or a related construction environment.
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Own vehicle essential.
• Strong organisational, communication and site management skills.
• Good understanding of site health and safety and quality control procedures.

What's on Offer:

• £260–£280 per day, depending on experience.
