Electra is seeking aHead of Marketing to own the growth strategy and budget across France, Germany, and other markets. You will lead Acquisition and Retention, coordinating with local marketing leads and reporting to the SVP Revenue. You will manage a team of 4 people.
You will drive full-funnel growth, activation, and retention, leveraging data and experimentation, including AI for marketing automation and efficiency.
