Family Hub Manager

In this role you lead and coordinate Lewisham’s Family Hubs to deliver proactive, high‑quality support for children, young people and families. You will oversee multi‑agency teams, ensuring preventative services reduce escalation to specialist care and improve equity for seldom heard groups. You’ll shape how families’ needs guide decision making through co‑production and strong partnerships. This is an opportunity to drive community impact at scale within a mission‑driven council.
