Job Description & Overview
The London Borough of Harrow is seeking an experienced Early Help Review Specialist to undertake a comprehensive review of its Early Help and Youth Services, based in Harrow with a hybrid working pattern.
The role involves assessing service models, identifying gaps, engaging with children, families, partners and communities, and developing recommendations for a future operating model, with a SMART implementation road map.
Contract is 6 months, starting September 2026, consultancy/interim.
