Construction/ Residential Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Consultant you drive the recruitment of management staff within Construction and Residential sectors, helping clients build leadership teams across contractors and developers. You’ll own a broad recruitment brief, develop your own client base, and grow your unit with senior management support. The role blends hands-on headhunting with team leadership opportunities, in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment. • Recruit management staff for Construction/Residential sectors on permanent roles
• Headhunt and engage candidates across disciplines (Site Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, etc.)
• Develop and expand your recruitment section with cross-functional collaboration
• Possibly manage a small team with guidance from senior management
• Utilize proactive recruitment methods to grow billings and candidate pipelines

• Experience recruiting management staff within Construction or Residential recruitment desks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong motivation to grow a desk
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
