Job Description & Overview
Vincere is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at a residential care home in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. The role focuses on leading the night team and delivering high-quality personal and dementia care in a safe, compassionate environment.
You will work 12-hour shifts on a pattern of 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next, including alternate weekends. The position is full-time permanent with a pay of £16 per hour plus incentives.
