Job Description & Overview
Tempcover is hiring a CRM Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead and implement our CRM strategy. You will shape customer communications across Email, SMS and Push, driving Returning Customers and new product campaigns (e.g., Breakdown Cover).
A strong background with Braze and data-driven engagement is essential. The role sits in Marketing, with hybrid work: 2 days in the Tower Bridge office and one Fleet visit per month.
