Converter control Engineer – Szczecin, Poland

• 5+ years of experience in the Power Converter Industry
• Strong knowledge of grid-connected converter control design
• Experience in power electronics control and three-phase converters
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD
• Knowledge of dynamic system modeling and controller design
• Understanding of DQ0, sequence, and phasor representations
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control systems for grid-connected converters
• Perform dynamic system modeling, simulation, and validation
• Implement and optimize converter control algorithms
• Work on PWM strategies, current control, and voltage control systems
• Analyze and resolve technical and field issues through root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in technical reviews
• Contribute to quality improvements through automation and engineering best practices
