La risorsa si occuperà di gestione chiamate inbound, assistenza in ambito telefonia e attività di upselling di servizi commerciali.
È previsto un percorso formativo pre-assuntivo, contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato e orario part-time di 20 ore settimanali, con turni e possibilità di passaggio a modalità
