• Providecourteous,professional,andfriendlyservicetoallguests,ensuringtheircomfortandsafetyduringvaletandtransportationservices.
• Welcomeguestsuponarrival,escortingthemtotheirvehicleandofferingpersonalizedassistancethroughouttheprocess.
• Opencardoorsforguestsarrivingordepartingfromthemainentrance,greetingthemwithawarmsmiletoensureapleasantandmemorablefirstimpression.
• Assistguestswithloadingandunloadingluggage,providingtrolleysupportwhenneeded,andensuringasmoothtransitionfromarrivaltodeparture.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandstandardsatalltimes,includingholdingavalidUAEdriver'slicense,properlyusingcommunicationdevices,andrepresentingtheJumeirahbrandwithprofessionalism.
• Reportanyincidents,vehicledamage,ordelaysimmediatelytotheTeamLeader,maintainingclearcommunicationandadherencetooperationalschedules.
• Maintainaclean,organized,andprofessionalpersonalappearance,followingstricthygieneandgroomingstandards.
• Safeguardcompanypropertyandmaintainconfidentialityofproprietaryinformation.
• Performanyadditionaltasksorresponsibilitiesassignedbymanagementinsupportofserviceexcellenceandoperationalneeds.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, courteous, and approachable attitude
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
• Skilled in handling guest luggage and assisting with mobility needs
• Proficient in Italian and fluent in English, a third language would be an added advantage
