This is an experienced, business-generating recruitment role. Previous construction recruitment experience is essential.

We are looking for an established 360 Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in construction recruitment, an existing network of construction clients and the ability to win new business.

To be considered, you must have:

• Previous experience specifically in construction recruitment. General recruitment experience in other sectors will not be sufficient.
• An established network of construction clients and the ability to develop business through existing industry relationships.
• A proven track record of winning new clients, generating vacancies and securing placements.
• Experience managing a full 360 recruitment desk, from business development through to candidate sourcing and placement.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own desk and generate revenue.

We are looking for someone who understands the construction recruitment market and can bring genuine commercial value to the business from the outset.

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office and already have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship. We do not offer visa sponsorship, visa transfers or relocation assistance.

We are a growing independent recruitment business, one year into our journey, and are looking for a commercially minded Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is an opportunity to develop your own desk, build on existing client relationships and play an important role in the company's growth.

We are particularly interested in consultants who have established construction industry contacts and the ability to generate business from their existing network.

The Role

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process across temporary and permanent construction recruitment.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing existing client relationships and winning new business.
• Generating vacancies and securing new client accounts.
• Sourcing, screening and placing suitable candidates.
• Managing client accounts and negotiating fees and terms of business.
• Building long-term relationships with construction companies, contractors and decision-makers.
• Growing your desk and working towards commercial targets.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be commercially driven, self-motivated and experienced in winning business within the construction recruitment sector.

You should have a strong understanding of the market, a proven placement and billing track record, excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to develop your own desk independently.

Candidates with an established construction client network and a realistic pipeline of potential business opportunities will be of particular interest.
