As an HR Advisor in the FMCG industry, based in Grimsby, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient support for the team. You'll handle a mix of operational and advisory tasks that contribute to the overall success of the business.

Description

• Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Advise on performance management and support managers in delivering feedback.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure best practices are upheld.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Experience in handling employee relations and advising managers.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with HR systems and data analysis tools.

Job Offer

A salary ranging from £35,000 to £37,000, dependent on the level of experience.
