Employment Solicitor

In this role you will join a Legal 500-ranked employment team to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters. • Handle Employment Tribunal litigation and settlements
• Advise on TUPE and restructuring
• Manage disciplinary, grievance and HR advisory work
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and day-to-day employment support
• Engage in mediation and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with other departments to leverage referrals and quality work
• Support business development and client relationship building

• 2+ years' PQE in Employment Law
• Strong technical grounding with a commercial, pragmatic approach
• Confident communicator who builds client relationships
