HGV 1 Driver

Hours: Approx. 10-12 hour shifts

Job Description:

We’re looking for a professional and reliable HGV Class 1 Driver for store delivery work based out of Warrington. The role involves transporting goods to distribution centres, with occasional self-tipping – all necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering stock to stores across the UK
• Some self-tip work (training and equipment provided)
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Follow all health & safety and driving regulations
• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records

Pay rates:

• £19.05ph Monday to Friday
• £20.17ph Saturday
• £21.23ph Sunday

Holidays can also be accrued separately

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC & Tacho card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, IN or DD convictions)
• Good timekeeping and professional attitude
