Job Description & Overview

HGV Driver (Temp to Perm)

Location: Crawley

Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Start Times: Between 05:00am – 06:00am

The Role

  • Completing scheduled deliveries and collections safely and efficiently
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Ensuring all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
  • Adhering to all driving laws, WTD regulations, and company procedures

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks and driver regulations
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
