Co-Pack Operative - Leicester (LE4, Beaumont Leys)

£12.71 per hour | 14:30-22:30 | Weekly Pay | Temporary

Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Co-Pack Operatives to join a busy site in the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester (LE4).

This is a hands-on role working as part of a production and packing team, preparing a range of products for promotional campaigns.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Re-packing crisps, oats and similar products into promotional boxes
• Working on production and packing lines
• Moving pallets around the warehouse/production area
• Palletising finished products
• Labelling products and boxes
• Making and preparing cardboard boxes
• General packing and production duties
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, production, packing or factory experience is useful but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to work as part of a team
• Physically able to carry out the duties required
