We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Dorset, this role can offer an immediate start and will be for the next 6 months, with possibility to be extended.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and highly organised team supporting production, goods-in, stock control, and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative:

Goods in & out, managing & processing deliveries/ couriers and checking documentation

Organising goods-in inspections and ensuring materials are stored correctly

Inventory control

Picking and issuing materials to production

Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting stock takes and inventory checks

Operating material handling equipment

Liaising with production, planning, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations-What operationsWhat experience you will need or the Warehouse Operative role:

Previous experience within a Stores, Goods-In, Warehouse, or Logistics role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Confident using Microsoft Office and stock control systems

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments
