Looking for a Class 2 driving role where you’re not spending your entire day stuck behind the wheel?

We’re recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers in Witney to join a busy local waste and recycling operation. This is an active driving role working as part of a crew, completing local collection rounds across the area.

With £16.62 per hour, early starts and local routes, this could be a great opportunity for drivers looking for regular work closer to home.

As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

Driving a Class 2 refuse/recycling vehicle on local collection rounds

Working alongside a crew to complete daily routes

Carrying out vehicle checks before starting your shift

Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently

Assisting the crew with collections when required

Providing a professional service while out in the local community

What’s on Offer?

Local routes around Witney and the surrounding area

No long-distance trunking or nights away

Active role – ideal if you don't want to spend all day sitting in a cab

You’ll need:

Category C / Class 2 HGV licence

Good awareness of Health & Safety
