Yardman (reach truck licence AND/OR excavator licence)

Job Title: Yardman (with either a reach truck licence AND/OR excavator licence)

Location: Sittingbourne

Contract Type: Temporary contract until the end of the year

Salary: up to £20 per hour (depending on experience and licences)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

I'm seeking a dedicated and reliable Plant Yardman for my client to assist in the yard / workshop. This role involves supporting various operations including cleaning plant machinery returned from site and any other general duties that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading plant and materials from lorries.

Keeping inventory of plant coming in and out of yard.

Assist cleaning plant and cabins.

Assist with deliveries of vehicles / parts uplift etc.

General housekeeping / tidying.What We're Looking For:

Must have either a reach truck licence or an excavator licence (ideally both!)

Must have strong organisational and time keeping skills.

Must be physically fit.
