We’re looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our Northampton operation on our afternoon part time  shift.

Start at £14.26 up to £15.07 per hour after 5 weeks.

We believe good work should be recognized. That’s why this role offers incremental pay progression, taking your hourly rate from £14.26 to £15.07 as you progress.

What’s the job?

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving and organising stock

• Checking goods for accuracy and quality

• Following warehouse processes and safety procedures

• Working towards daily performance targets

• Supporting your team to keep things moving
