Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver Required

£13.68 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after successful completion of a 12-week temp-to-perm probation period

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team in Wellingborough. Candidates must hold a valid Counterbalance Licence, with a VNA Man-Up Licence being advantageous.

Shift Options

Monday to Friday

14.00-22.00

️ 29 days holiday per year (excluding bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and unloading deliveries

Checking goods for accuracy and damage

Moving stock to designated storage locations

Order picking using handheld scanners and pick lists

Packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch

Inventory checks and stock control

Reporting damaged or missing stock

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Operating Counterbalance FLT and VNA equipment where required

What We're Looking For

✅ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)

✅ VNA Man-Up Licence (preferred)

✅ Competent with desktop computers and handheld scanning devices

✅ Good English communication skills

✅ Basic maths skills

✅ Ability to work independently and solve problems

✅ Team player with a positive attitude

✅ Able to work effectively under pressure
