Warehouse Operative

TJ Morris, the company behind Home Bargains, is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join its busy distribution centre at Omega, Warrington. You’ll be part of the team responsible for preparing stock ready to be sent to stores across the UK.

The Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Preparing and picking stock using a voice-controlled headset system

Using warehouse trucks, with full training provided

Loading and unloading goods manually

Working accurately while meeting productivity targets

Keeping your work area safe and following site procedures

Your Shift

A consistent 3 days on, 3 days off rotation:

07:00 – 19:00

Average 38.61 hours per week

Average 3.51 working days per week

What Are We Looking For?

We want dependable people who are ready to get stuck in. You’ll ideally have previous warehouse experience, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

You should be:

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment

Happy working as part of a busy team

Able to communicate confidently in written and spoken English

Motivated to work accurately and achieve productivity targets
