Class 1 (C+E) Driver - Days
Location: Birstall, WF17
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing Work
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
Start times between 05:00 - 07:00
The Role
The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of our well-established client based in Birstall.
Duties include:
General haulage work
Bulk load deliveries
Between 1-10 deliveries per shift
Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
Pay Rate
Class 1 (C+E): £17.65 per hour
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
Ability to assist with loading/unloading when required
Knowledge of driving regulations and health & safety procedures
