Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution site in Deeside, CH5 2LL.

No previous warehouse experience is required, with full training provided. This role offers a consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Shift Pattern & Pay

Day Shift – 07:00–19:00

Standard: £13.71 per hour

Overtime: £17.90 per hour

Night Shift – 19:00–07:00

Standard: £14.71 per hour

Overtime: £18.90 per hour

Choose from fixed days or fixed nights, working 4 shifts on followed by 4 days off. Overtime is also available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

Pick and pack orders accurately in a fast-paced environment

Load, unload and move stock safely around the warehouse

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area

Follow health, safety and site procedures

Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets

About You

You don’t need previous warehouse experience as full induction and training are provided. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

You must:

Be 18 or over

Be willing to handle alcohol products

Be comfortable with manual handling

Be reliable and punctual with good attendance

Work well as part of a team

Be comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
