The Role

Drivers will be transporting a variety of palletised and general haulage goods across the UK, ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

This is a tramping position, so drivers will be away from home during the working week.

Typical duties include:

Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) articulated vehicles

Nationwide deliveries and collections

Transporting palletised and general haulage goods

Completing daily vehicle safety checks

Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork

Communicating with transport planners

Complying with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations

Providing a professional level of customer service

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have:

Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence

Valid Driver CPC

Digital Tachograph Card

Good knowledge of Driver Hours Regulations

Professional and reliable attitude

Previous tramping experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

£19.50 per hour – Monday to Friday

£21.00 per hour – Saturday & Sunday
