What you’ll do:

• Own order processing and day‑to‑day account support (including sensitive accounts)

• Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery

• Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention)

• Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales

• Calm, organised and customer‑first under pressure

• Team player; Excel/Word savvy and quick to learn new systems

• Discreet with data and strong multitasking skills
