Flt Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy timber and materials operation based in Tilbury.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse, yard or industrial environment and must be confident and have experience handling either timber, metal sheets and other heavy/awkward materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Moving timber, metal sheets and other materials around the site

• Handling heavy and oversized loads safely

• Ensuring materials are stored correctly

• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous FLT experience is essential

• Indate FLT licence

• Proven experience moving timber, metal sheets or similar heavy materials

• Confident and competent operating an FLT in a busy environment

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Able to work the full Monday to Friday night shift

Shift: Monday to Friday, 19:00 – 04:00

Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour

Location: Tilbury
