HGV Technician

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are seeking a fully qualified HGV Technician to join our client's reputable service department in Cardiff. This HGV Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals to develop their career within a leading franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership. The successful HGV Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency. This will be a fixed shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, working from 6:30am to 6:30pm.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and resolve complex malfunctions</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support team members with technical issues and share expertise to support workshop activities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Document findings and actions taken during diagnostics and repairs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Uphold professionalism in all customer interactions, enhancing customer retention and dealership reputation</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements of a HGV Technician</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Live within Cardiff or a reasonable commuting distance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hold NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent as a minimum in HGV maintenance and repair</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Practical experience post-qualification is preferred</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to produce quality workmanship in a fast-paced workshop environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong team player with a motivated, committed attitude</p>
