<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for overseeing a high-volume pick and pack operation, leading a team of approximately 50 warehouse operatives to ensure productivity, accuracy, and service standards are consistently achieved. Working alongside another Warehouse Supervisor and reporting to the Warehouse Manager,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives across picking, packing, and dispatch activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor daily operational performance to ensure orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Drive productivity, quality, and service levels across the warehouse operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Effectively allocate labour and resources to meet fluctuating workload demands.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver team briefings, coaching, and performance management activities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and workflow.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth operational handovers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor position within a distribution, fulfilment, logistics, or FMCG environment.</p>
