<p class="text-muted mb-3">My client is a large logistics operation based in Stamford Le Hope in Thurrock Essex, due to growth they are now seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join their growing and ambitious logistics business in Stanford Le Hope.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As an Inventory and Stock Controller,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management and efficient inventory operations across the business, including:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Managing day-to-day inventory operations and stock accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Conducting stock audits and resolving inventory discrepancies</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Analysing sales trends and developing replenishment plans</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Working closely with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain product availability</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinating inbound deliveries and inventory allocation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Developing KPIs to monitor stock performance and inventory accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting inventory system improvements and optimisation projects</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Producing reports on stock levels, turnover, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What my client is looking for:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">To be successful in this role, you should have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">At least 5 years' experience within stock control, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse/Logistics operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical and numerical skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience using inventory management or ERP systems</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or within a similar inventory-focused role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience as a Warehouse/Logistics Stock Controller or within a warehouse/logistics stock management environment would be advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within the logistics sector</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of forecasting, procurement, and stock planning processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working alongside suppliers and logistics providers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH 55,000 PALLET POSITIONS OF STOCK</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">DEALING WITH A MINIMUM OF 60,000 PLUS SKU'S</p>
