<p class="text-muted mb-3">We're looking for a Transport Customer Account Manager to join a busy, fast-paced transport operation in Aston.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage daily customer transport volumes, ensuring</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">requirements are planned and communicated effectively.</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, updates and service issues.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with transport operations and planning teams to resolve challenges and maintain service levels.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor transport movements and proactively keep customers informed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain accurate records on transport management systems and produce reports using Microsoft Excel.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in container logistics, maritime transport or transport planning would be advantageous.</p>
