<p class="text-muted mb-3">An established global freight forwarding and logistics organisation is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Dublin operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is a senior leadership position offering full responsibility for the branch, including operational performance, commercial development, profitability, customer service and team leadership.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate will inherit an established operation and will be given the autonomy and resources needed to develop the branch further.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">As Branch Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the performance and continued growth of the Dublin freight forwarding operation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will lead the operational team, maintain high service standards, manage branch profitability and work closely with the commercial function to develop existing accounts and secure new business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The position requires a commercially aware and hands-on leader who understands freight forwarding operations and can balance day-to-day management with the strategic development of the branch.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Recruit and retain talented freight forwarding professionals</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and overseas partners</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved effectively</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Substantial experience within freight forwarding</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience managing a branch, department or significant operational team</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong knowledge of air, ocean and/or road freight operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience managing budgets, profitability and operational performance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A clear understanding of freight forwarding margins and commercial decision-making</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven leadership and people-management skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong customer relationship and stakeholder-management abilities</p>
