Shipping Administrator
Job Description & Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract in Titchfield. This is a busy role supporting the accurate and timely processing of UK and international shipments within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Titchfield
Contract: 12-month contract
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 08:00-16:45, Saturday 08:00-12:00
If you have previous shipping or logistics experience, strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Process UK and international shipments and associated documentation.
Book shipments and liaise with couriers and freight forwarders.
Maintain accurate information within ERP systems and customer portals.
Ensure shipping documentation meets relevant compliance requirements.
Resolve shipping queries and liaise with internal teams.
Support the team in meeting busy month-end shipping deadlines.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and resilient, with:
Previous shipping, logistics or similar administration experience.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
A proactive approach and ability to work to deadlines.Aerospace experience is not essential, and training will be provided on specialist systems, export processes and documentation
