<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee the daily management of the Hire Desk function.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process customer enquiries, quotations, orders, contracts, and off-hires with precision.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding equipment availability and transport needs.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Partner with the Assistant Branch Manager to enhance equipment utilisation and revenue opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Driver Supervision:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Lead the daily activities of the driver team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate delivery and collection schedules, ensuring optimal route planning and customer satisfaction.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor driver performance and adherence to company protocols.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure thorough vehicle inspections and documentation are completed.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Champion safe working practises and high service standards across the transport team. Training & Development:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assist in onboarding and training new drivers.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Identify coaching opportunities within the team to foster growth.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience within the tool hire, plant hire, construction, or transport sector.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven track record in a busy Hire Desk, customer service, or transport coordination role.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and workload management skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication and customer service skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proficient IT skills, particularly with hire, transport, or scheduling systems. Desirable:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience supervising drivers or transport operations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of compliance</p>
