<p class="text-muted mb-3">About the Role</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy Supply Chain team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, logistics, and supplier management skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting the Supply Chain, Planning, and Buying teams,</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">you will play a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing supplier communications, monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring stock and supply chain processes run efficiently across the business.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supply Chain & Logistics</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate internal booking processes with hauliers, suppliers, and depots.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time and in full.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process and maintain purchase order requests (PORs) and monitor delivery schedules.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage supplier non-arrival and shortage reports across all depots.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate contract beef allocations in line with business</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage missing CMRs and dispatch documentation for operational accounts.Supplier & Performance Management</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered as required.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain supplier quotations within the company's MRP system.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collate and prepare supplier performance data and reports for the Buying team.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support departments with claims management, short weights, and contract confirmations.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Maintain specification and non-conformance records.Stock & Equipment Control</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage and reconcile returnable equipment across all depots.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee Tosca returnable tray stock management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support stock control activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the supply chain.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Work closely with the Supply Chain Stock Control Team Leader to promote a positive and solutions-focused team culture.Additional Duties</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate blast freezing and tempering</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Book cold store intakes onto the MRP system and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Analyse supplier traceability information for contract beef deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage cold store releases and update stock transfers within the MRP system.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Essential Skills & Experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A proactive and flexible approach to work.Desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, stock control, purchasing, or planning role.</p>
