<p class="text-muted mb-3">Our client is looking for an Export Executive to join their fast-growing team and play a key role in keeping their international shipments running smoothly! You’ll be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">What You’ll Do:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coordinate shipments with our China export team and manage exports to China & Nigeria.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation in Boxtop for audits and compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keep processes efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Who You Are:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proactive, organized, and flexible with excellent time management.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communicator, team player, and able to work independently.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experienced with international trade and export compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Tech-savvy with good IT skills and a keen eye for detail.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Assertive, accountable, and ready to take ownership of tasks.</p>
