<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy distribution centre based in Birmingham, B37.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Day shift:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monday to Friday</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE:19:00 - 03:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">20:00 - 04:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">21:00 - 05:30</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">£15.53 per hourThe Role As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties may include:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Moving stock and pallets around the warehouse</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Loading and unloading vehicles</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Transporting goods to designated areas</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supporting with general warehouse duties where required</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Keeping the working area clean and organised</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements To be considered for this role, you must</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Hold a valid and in-date RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance FLT accreditation</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have 2 years experience operating a Counterbalance FLT</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be reliable and able to commit to the chosen shift pattern</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Have a good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Be able to work as part of a team as well as independentlyInductions will be taking place on Thursday and Friday morning, so successful candidates must be available to attend.</p>
