<p class="text-muted mb-3">We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Lead HR Advisor to join our HR team and take end-to-end responsibility for HR activity across a dedicated area of the business.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Acting as the primary HR contact, you will provide trusted advice to managers and employees, manage complex employee relations matters and work closely with HR Operations to ensure an efficient, accurate and compliant HR service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as the main HR point of contact for your designated business area.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide practical, commercially focused advice on complex and sensitive people matters.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Coach and support managers on effective people management and the consistent application of HR policies.</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee HR operational activity, ensuring onboarding, contracts, changes and leavers are completed accurately and on time.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Act as the escalation point for HR operational queries and identify opportunities for process improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ensure HR activity complies with UK employment legislation and company policies.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support HR projects, change initiatives and policy development.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide HR data, metrics and insight to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will also have access to dedicated HR Generalist support for routine administration, casework preparation, reporting and project support, allowing you to focus on higher-level advisory and strategic activity.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will ideally have:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor role.</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong knowledge of UK employment law.</p>

<ul class="list-unstyled job-desc-list mb-3">

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience independently managing employee relations casework.</p>

</ul>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience working with HR Operations, HR administration or shared service environments.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.</p>
