Air Export Clerk

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air Export Clerk who is confident in handling Air Exports and capable of training and developing others as the company looks to bring their import function fully in-house.</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Key Responsibilities - Air Export Clerk</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage and complete Export files to required company standards</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor and action export-related emails in a timely manner</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Handle export entries and ensure regulatory compliance</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Issue import quotations and take bookings directly with customers</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce collection and delivery notes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Liaise daily with customers, warehouses, and customs officials to ensure smooth operations</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) processes</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Check, calculate, and charge storage costs accurately</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Oversee charging and costing of export jobs</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Provide support, guidance, and training to colleagues on export processesKey</p>

<h5 class="fw-bold text-success mt-4 mb-3">Requirements - Air Export Clerk</h5>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Minimum 2-3 years' Air Export experience (essential)</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Ability to handle quotations, bookings, and full import processes independently</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Knowledge of Sequoia and NCTS systems desirable</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Break-bulk experience advantageous</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong customer service and communication skills</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure</p>
