Marketing Assistant

<p class="text-muted mb-3">to support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region within the Customer Experience team. This role will help execute localised marketing campaigns, support customer engagement programs, conduct campaign analytics, coordinate with regional sales teams, and the global marketing team. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, passionate about marketing and technology, and eager to learn how to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across diverse EMEA markets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Responsibilities</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Manage the execution, scheduling and optimisation of EMEA marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets and content that support customer engagement, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing goals.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Partner with regional sales teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives to support sales goals.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support campaign management processes, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and performance tracking.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Serve as an internal expert on email marketing best practices, customer segmentation, and content strategies that influence customer behaviour and engagement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Produce campaign performance reports and recap summaries to evaluate results, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve future marketing initiatives.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Support the marketing team with day-to-day execution of events, programs, digital advertising, PR activities, and other regional marketing initiatives across EMEA.What you will need to succeed:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Required Qualifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">2+ years agency or in-house Marketing experience</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and social media.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Preferred Qualifications</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous experience in a B2B electronics channel environment</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in Braze, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience collaborating with global or regional stakeholders across multiple markets.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Basic knowledge of customer life cycle marketing, email marketing, and audience segmentation strategies.What you will receive in return:</p>
