LLOP Operatives – Order Pickers AM Shift & PM Shift

Kettering | £13.42 per hour AM Shift 6am to 2pm

Kettering | £14.05 per hour PM Shift 2pm to 10pm

FIXED Shift or rotating - Flexible

Fox Resourcing is recruiting LLOP Operatives to join a busy distribution operation in Kettering / Burton Latimer. If you enjoy an active role and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using a voice-controlled headset.

• Operate a Low Level Order Picker safely, following site procedures.

• Stack products securely in cages for delivery to stores and distribution hubs.

• Work towards picking targets while maintaining accuracy and safe working practices.

• Keep your working area clean, tidy and organised.

What You’ll Need

• The ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20kg regularly throughout your shift.

• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.

• Confidence working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rota.
