<p class="text-muted mb-3">Two market-leading businesses that keep UK film and television productions moving are looking for a commercially driven, people-focused Managing Director to shape their next phase of growth, strengthen their combined offer and protect the outstanding service that has built both brands.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This newly created role has overall responsibility for the performance, growth and development of both businesses. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will set a clear direction for both businesses, identify where they are stronger together and retain the identity, entrepreneurial spirit and customer focus that make each one distinctive.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">You will be equally comfortable shaping strategy, owning commercial results and spending time with branch, depot and installation teams.</p>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Ensure consistently high standards of service, safety and reliability across branches, depots, fleets and on-site delivery.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Own revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, pricing and investment performance, supported by meaningful commercial, operational, customer and people KPIs.</span></li>

<li class="d-flex align-items-start mb-2"><i class="mdi mdi-circle-medium text-success fs-15 me-2 mt-1"></i><span>Represent both businesses with studios, streamers, production companies, event organisers, film commissions, guilds and other industry partners.</span></li>
