<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">This position is a truly exciting opportunity, with lots of autonomy for an experienced logistics & supply chain professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Core Aspects of the Warehouse Operations Manager role:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Optimise Logistics Operations - Manage Warehouse, Transport, and Distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Supplier & Vendor Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiency's.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Inventory & Stock Control - Ensure accurate stock levels, reduce waste, and improve inventory forecasting to avoid shortages or overstocking.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Customer Order Fulfilment - Oversee sales order processing, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Data-Driven Performance Management - Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs, such as lead times, cost per unit, and supplier performance, to drive continuous improvement.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Warehouse & Facility Oversight - Manage warehouse operations, ensuring optimal layout, stock movement, and safety compliance.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Process Improvement & Cost Reduction - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, negotiate better supplier terms, and reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations, mitigating risks across the supply chain.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The Candidate:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">The successful candidate for the Warehouse Operations Manager role will have the following skills & experiences:</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain Background - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">5+ Years proven Logistics & Supply Chain Supervisory or Management experience across Operations - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">3PL Warehouse experience - Advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Experience in an Automated environment - Advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Previous budgetary / P&L responsibility across small - medium sized operations in excess of +£2m - Advantageous.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">An individual truly excited by large scale growth challenges - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Commutable to the Bicester area 5 days per week - Essential.</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary & Benefits Package</p>

<p class="text-muted mb-3">Salary - £50,000 to £55,000.</p>
